Proprietatea este mobilată și utilată cu tot ce trebuie, are și o terasă destul de mare. Te simți ca acasă. Este situată într-o zonă centrală, la 15-20 de minute de mers pe jos de centrul orașului, este liniște, iar la 2 minute de mers pe jos are un LIDL. Raportul preț-calitate este excelent, iar proprietarul este foarte drăguț.Nu există un loc de parcare prestabilit dar ai unde să parchezi în siguranță!
