Excellent, spacious, clean, well equipped and an excellent sea view from the balcony providing great sunsets.
Not really a dislike but important to note: You will need a car or motorcycle as there is very little in the immediate vicinity and the surrounding roads are steep.

Stunning views: Incredible views overlooking Funchal. Convenient parking: On-site parking available with a remote-controlled gate. clean: The apartment was very clean throughout.
No air conditioning or fans: In September, it was still quite warm, and without AC or ceiling/portable fans, the bedrooms were uncomfortable at night.

Very large and specious. Kitchen fully equipped. Owner polite and nice.
House very cold at beginning of May. Small electric heating insuffient cos rooms are very high. Windows in large veranda don't close properly so that rain and storm is pressed inside. Drive-in to parking place very tricky .
