El baño, totalmente necesitando mejoras la ducha , la cabina con cortina, ineficiente Falta buen mantenimiento y la limpieza de las sábanas dejaba mucho que pensar que estaban sin lavar .

The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The furnace kept a very comfortable climate. The WiFi was great. The kitchen was well equipped . I only needed one bed but there were 4 available!!
The shower was uncomfortable . It had a flimsy half torn shower curtain that kept hugging the body as one showered. Water would splash outside of stall. There was no soap shelf or shampoo. The toilet didn’t flush properly (required multiple flushes). There was no tub drain lid to allow taking a bath.

Un emplacement de parking. La présence de commerces de proximité et de nombreux parcs. Réactivité du propriétaire pour répondre aux messages.
Le logement n'était pas soigné. Les machines pleines de linge même mouillé. Lits non faits à l'arrivée. Beaucoup de matériels en mauvais état. Les grilles d'aération au sol, non fixées, dangereuses. Les placards sont remplis d'affaires, impossible de vider ses valises. WC dans l'unique salle de bain, c'est compliqué à 7. 1 seul jeu de clé, difficile aussi à plusieurs. Terrasse très sale, débarras, sommier de lit, cannettes vides au sol, vieux pot de peinture... Beau potentiel dans cet appartement mais la pratique est tout autre.
