1. Check-In/Check-Out
⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!
2.Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.
3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.
4. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.
6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
7. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!
9. Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.
10. Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.
11. Respect for Property 🏡
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.
12. Emergency Procedures 🚨
Know the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Safety first!

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.

If you are looking for a great location in Plateau, this is it.Parking was a bit misleading. The listing said parking is available which actually meant on paid street parking. We ended up parking at one of the recommended parking lots near by and I believe that should be the recommendation that should be made by the host rather than insinuating that there is parking available at the home.Otherwise our host was responsive and check in and out was easy.We didn't spend very much time in the VRBO so, the fact that it was in a bit of disrepair didn't spoil our trip.

We loved the location. A few standouts-there’s never enough space for toiletry kits but the bathroom area works surprisingly well with the washer and dryer and cabinets above it. There is a good air conditioning split level -Location. I already said it but the location right near Mont Royal was as good as any place we have ever stayed. -Good pillows so you don’t get a crook in your neck.Small things that would improve it:-the bathroom door opens loudly because it’s slightly off…makes a startling noise that made us jump.- window lock not working-maintenance came to fix it though-window lock on one outside bedroom not secured. We were able to secure it from outside on our own - parking on the street. Instructions said to watch the signs for how to alternate and we did. We looked more closely and you need a sector parking sticker. We had not gotten a ticket after two days so does the city really enforce that? We messaged the host and they didn’t know more than that. We googled and found out how to buy a pass at any street space where you would buy a ticket. This would be helpful info for future guests I think. -not very functional back bedroom closet with a rickety dresser and door off its hinge Overall really loved this place
