Located on the third floor (accessible by stairs only), this bright and spacious apartment combines careful decor with modern amenities and a vintage touch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

-The kitchen comes complete with modern appliances (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher) and is fully equipped for cooking your favorite meals. Dishes, cookware, utensils, and essentials are all provided.
-Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining area, comfortably accommodating 4 people.
-Spend time in the sun or enjoy a pleasant dinner on the rooftop terrace, a perfect spot for relaxation in good company.

✦ When you book with us, you’ll receive a Guest Manual with all the important information about the unit, as well as recommendations for activities and shops nearby! It will be very handy for you and will simplify your stay in my apartment.
*PETS*
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous experience.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard and the city clean.

Free parking can be found on the streets surrounding the building. We are happy to assist you with any questions regarding this subject. Plus, we will provide you with a guest manual that includes all the relevant information.
