Alion Hotel

Room was clean, staff was very kind, I initially booked this room because it was supposed to have breakfast included, there was no breakfast, they stated their restaurant was under renovation. Down side was you can hear all the noise from outside, and obviously no breakfast.

We had a pleasant stay. Nice rooms, clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful and responsive. Overall recommend!

Hotel very well located in the area of Konak, allowing you to enjoy a nice walk to the main attractions in this area. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Personal very welcoming and helpful. A good choice for a good value.

I stayed at this hotel for several days, and what I liked most was the cleanliness and spaciousness of both my room and the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who was there in the mornings and the cleaning lady. I also really liked that breakfast was brought directly to my room; however, this is something they could improve, as some days the breakfast was very good and varied, but other days it was very meager and basic, and the delivery person sometimes took a long time to bring it. Aside from those issues with breakfast, my entire stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. I greatly appreciate your service and hospitality!
