The location was brilliant. Right in the city centre and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast table had plenty of choice. The free car parking was always available for us.
We loved our stay at the hotel. Well organised and staff were able to communicate well in English.

The hotel completely met my expectation. Normal 3 star hotel. The room size was a standard. The cleaning ladies cleaned the room every day. There was a kettle in the room and always fresh drinking water. The walk to the sea promenade Kordon is about 15-20 minutes. The nearest metro stations are Čankaya and Basmane Gar. The area around is very busy, there are many stores, hotels, restaurants. Kemeralti market is just a short stroll away
Sometimes I heard noises from the other rooms, one night could not sleep because someone was watching football all night

Ibrahim was an excellent employee. He helped a lot with issues we had with the car parking and towels. He really valuable
A lot of things were poorly fixed when broken
