Kozan City Hotel

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is excellent. It is very close to the seaside in Izmir, and the tram stop is nearby, making it convenient to get around the city. There are also supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. The hotel provides a Turkish-style breakfast, which was quite good. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Considering the price, I think this hotel offers very good value for money.

The facilities are quite outdated. While the hotel provides all the basic amenities you would expect, many of them are showing their age and could benefit from renovation. The bathroom is also quite small, and the glass shower screen does not fully prevent water from splashing outside the shower area. As a result, the bathroom floor becomes very wet after every shower. I hope the hotel can make some improvements in this area.

Some of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good variety but it was the same everyday.

Some of the staff weren't friendly and couple of them couldn't speak English, so the communication was difficult sometimes. Hotel is outdated, bathroom very small and hard to shower on without wetting the entire bathroom. The parking situation it's chaotic. No parking spot no stopping spot near the hotel. You pretty much stop at the front in the busy road, go get someone to park your car for you.

Easy to find in main street. Shops easily accessible. Kindness of employees particularly the manager who took us to Izmir airport the following day. We were only for 1 night
