About this apartment rental
Lovely 1 Bedroom apartment in Greenville is set up on an elevation looking down at E. North street next to a church. It's located about 1 mile from Bob Jones University, less than 10 minutes to Cherrydale, less than 10 minutes from Downtown Greenville, and about 5 minutes to pick up I-385. It's location is fantastic since it's easy to get to anywhere you need to go in Greenville fairly quickly.
The apartment is 1 of 4 apartments in this large home built in 1937 with all the character that comes with a home built in that time. Floors are original and there is a large wrap around porch surrounding the entire bottom floor that makes you want to sit outside and soak up the Carolina breeze!
Guests can access the entire apartment with the exception of the locked Maid Closet. They also share a washer/dryer in the hallway between #3 and #4 apartment.
We live on the other side of downtown not far away if anything comes up. We do travel frequently but we have well trusted partners that are happy to help out if any issues were to arise.
Overbrook is mixed with older homes and newer updated homes. It is close to DT, the highway, zoo, the arena, and anything else you could need.
It is highly recommended you have a rental car or plan to use Uber and Lyft during your stay. There are a few bus stops on our street but we are not familiar with the busing system in the area to guide.
This unit does not have cable. It only has streaming television.
We welcome pets in all of our units with a required nonrefundable pet deposit. The fee varies based on your pet's size, breed, age, length of stay, and how often your pet will be left alone. Please contact us with these details before booking so we can confirm the pet fee and ensure your pet is approved. We look forward to hosting you and your furry companion!
