Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 30 m² flat for rent in Perpignan, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a small living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
The flat is located in the historic center of Perpignan, in the pedestrian area of Saint-Jean. A Carrefour City is just 50 meters away, and it is ideally located close to all amenities. Villa Pams and Casa Xanxo, two of the city's tourist attractions, are just 50 meters away. The entire city center is within walking distance. The Place de la République, 200 meters away, hosts an organic market every Saturday morning. It is also a popular spot for Perpignan locals to enjoy a coffee or a meal.
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the Vieilledent and Hachette car parks (free at night) 500 m away. The Arago car park is also 500 m away.

- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes-Méditerranée, 7.5 km away
