Just steps from River Street and half a block from Broughton Street, this luxurious estate offers two private parking spaces and a refreshing saltwater plunge pool, making it an unparalleled retreat in one of the city’s most sought-after locations.

Exceptional Outdoor Space: Relax in the courtyard or take a dip in the saltwater plunge pool. Whether you’re basking in the summer sun or enjoying a cozy fall evening, the outdoor area is designed for ultimate relaxation.

In the main house, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each have their own full ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, both offering king beds for restful nights. There is even a gathering space in the wine cellar for a unique and festive experience.
The carriage house, adjacent but separate from the main home, provides a private escape and you'll find the fourth bedroom here. Perfect for guests seeking privacy or adult children, the carriage house includes a full kitchen, a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to two garage spaces. These spaces can accommodate full-size sedans and small SUVs. All larger vehicles must find on-street parking, which is metered on East Congress Street, but is free on Price Street, which runs parallel to the carriage house.
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
*Please note that this is a plunge pool and not a hot tub or spa.*
*For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located in the courtyard facing the pool and gate.*

Overall great stay! I was told at time of booking that the Carriage House was connected through the patio, via the doorway - however, when we checked in I realized that door was connected to the garage. The master bedroom shower was lukewarm at best throughout the entire stay. Otherwise, such a great property!

The Good: The main house was well appointed and beautiful. We spent alot of time in the house playing games and hanging out. There were 8 of us and the house was the perfect size. I liked that they provided alot of stuff that most rentals do not (hand soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc). The location of the house could not be beat, we walked everywhere! The team at Lucky Savannah were incredible and super responsive when we had questions or concerns. The Bad:We were totally blindsided by the fact that the carriage house is not part of the "estate" and since we were a group of women, nobody was willing to walk through the alley or a side street to get to the apartment. It would be fine if it were a couple using it but we never used it and 2 women slept on sofas so that nobody had to walk at night.First World Problems: We used the pool outside alot but it doesn't look like the picture. There was a hose that ran to the pool (definite trip hazard) and some sort of apparatus that rested at the top of pool. The wall of greenery is half dead and there were tons of dead leaves that we kept having to skim out. The garage is also a huge issue.

The house was beautiful, clean, and located within walking distance of everything. We appreciated Lucky Savannah's prompt communication with any of our needs during our stay. We will be returning guests!
