Make yourself at home in this terrific 4-bedroom Keystone retreat. This enchanting condo features open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a main floor master bedroom with 1 king bed and en-suite bathroom ( frameless glass shower and jetted tub); main floor second bedroom with 1 queen bed and full bathroom with tub/ shower combo; Second Floor has third bedroom with 1 queen bed and full bathroom with tub/shower combo; A loft that has 1 double sofa bed and 2 twin bunk beds…. This condo comfortably sleeps 12 guests. The loft also has a closed closet with the full size washer and dryer.
The full size kitchen contains granite countertops with all stainless steel appliances. All dishes, glasses, utensils and basic pots and pans are supplied for your cooking needs. The large and inviting main level has 3 bar stools for the kitchen counter, a dining table that seats 7 and living room with stone ( electric) fireplace.
The balcony is accessible through the living room and master bedroom.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO SMOKING OR MARIJUANA USE PERMITTED. ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE INCURRED IF THERE IS ANY DETECTION UPON CHECKOUT INSPECTION.
The secure building is accessed via a code and contains a cozy lobby with areas to relax and fireplace, inside pool and hot tub, exercise room and ice machines.
This condo comes with 2 parking spaces in the underground/heated garage of the condo building. Additional parking may be found behind the building (first come basis) or finding offsite parking.
Parking is prohibited in the front of the building as this is reserved for patrons of the businesses located on the first floor of the Gateway Building.
