About this apartment rental
Large top floor 3 BR + Loft BR/4 Bath condo (25' high Great Room) with 2-story windows framing mile-wide views of the Keystone ski runs (day & night). Located at the entrance to the River Run Village base area in Keystone. Lots of restaurants, shops, and other activities nearby.
Unit has 8 separate beds: King, 2 Queens, Double, 4 Twins, 2 Queen fold outs, and 2 six-foot-long portable twin futons (can be put in any room). Extra bedding is provided for the queen fold outs and twin futon.
3 flat screen TV's, washer/dryer, and full kitchen with all major appliances.
This is our most popular building--internet/sports cafe (12 flat screen TV's + kids video games), heated pool, large hot tub, workout facility, convenience store, free underground parking (with elevators), and full service Aveda day spa (massages, facials, etc.) on site.

This condo was everything we expected it to be and more. The perfect place for our family to be together and enjoy all Keystone & Dillon had to offer! Plenty of space for 7 adults.

Great place to stay with 3 different families, including 6 kids, 12 people in total. Easy to explore many areas surrounding Keystone with a vehicle, and quite a bit within walking. Pool could use some updates and better cleaning, but safe, nice condo complex. Owner was quick and excellent at answering questions, along with taking care of anything we asked for. Upper loft area is a bit different than pictured, and some furniture could use updating, but overall clean, well stocked and very nice stay. We had trouble with our rental vehicle and were so grateful to the manager/complex office for help as well. Washer & Dryer so nice to have in complex, had an error code which was resolved as well within a couple of days.
LOVED the ice machine with ice bags provided, that is in lobby area!! So convenient for stocking a cooler for picnics, and water bottles for hiking. Both the owner and complex truly went above and beyond!

We had a great trip. Everything was as expected or exceeded our expectations. Approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main gondola. Great to have restaurants and amenities within the building.
We would definitely return!
