La Casona Solariega is an old farmhouse in the Moraña region, located in the province of Ávila. It was built in 1942 and has undergone a comprehensive renovation in recent years, bringing it fully up to 21st-century standards. The renovation was meticulously carried out to preserve its traditional style, featuring a Castilian brick facade and adobe walls. Inside, you’ll find the essence of a home from the last century, with wooden ceilings, hydraulic tile floors, and period-appropriate décor. It features 5 bedrooms (2 en suite) and 4 bathrooms (1 accessible for people with disabilities), offering enough space for 10–15 people.

Its fully equipped kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, including a full-size refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser. But without a doubt, the crown jewel is its 80 m² multipurpose room, ideal for any type of event. Inside, you’ll find a lounge with a 75" TV, a stereo system with Bluetooth, a fold-out dining table that seats 22, foosball, a pool table, a dartboard, and various games for the little ones.

Its 300 m² patio features a pool, sun deck, fire pit, barbecue, and picnic area. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy an outdoor breakfast first thing in the morning, a morning swim in the pool followed by relaxing on the sun deck, a group barbecue in the picnic area, and an evening gathering around the fire pit.

The entire property is accessible for people with limited mobility. The house has a heating system, which, together with its adobe walls and wooden beams, provides a pleasant, warm atmosphere in winter and a cool one in summer. The living room features a large pellet stove (pellets included for the duration of your stay) that will make for unforgettable, cozy moments as you watch the flames.

Pets are allowed upon request, subject to prior notification and authorization.

Free and exclusive 6G Wi-Fi internet connection, with coverage throughout the house and outdoor areas, available only to guests during their stay. La Casona Solariega ensures your safety and is equipped with state-of-the-art systems, including emergency lighting, CO2 and smoke detectors, and a burglar-and-intruder alarm system with a unique code for the duration of your stay (does not include video surveillance).
