You can access 18 places by renting the houses of La Perseverancia and Casa de Azúcar, they are independent with their own patio and at the same time they are located in a large garden.
"LA PERSEVERANCIA" is a house where the solidity of Castilian architecture has been merged with the FENG-SHUI method (ORIENTAL MILLENNIUM METHOD) in the location, adaptation of materials and in its decoration, which gives a special character and personality to all its interior and exterior environment.
Each room of the house marks an area of human personality where positive energy flows that gives us peace and balance to rest, enjoy our surroundings, make decisions, reflect and meditate on everything we need for life. The house with a plot of 1000 m2 in front of a grove, gives your stay greater well-being. When you visit our facilities you can feel nature and enjoy the comfort that this area offers.
It is located in a special and unique place, in front of a large grove that surrounds the church "San Esteban" which is a Romanesque jewel of the XIII century made of a single piece with a baptismal font.

Ha sido un acierto, tanto la casa como los exteriores fantásticos, entreno tranquilo. Las habitaciones amplias y muy bien equipadas. El trato ha sido muy agradable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda súper recomendable.

Muy organizado y coordinado con el profesional inmobiliario que ya nos estaba esperando y nos explicó todos los detalles importantes de la casa.
Recomendamos esta casa por ser muy grande y tener un patio jardín donde hacer barbacoa y comer cómodamente, éramos 11 personas, y si estáis buscando habitación con cuarto de baño incorporado, como en un hotel, 5 habitaciones y 7 baños, esta sería vuestra casa, añadir que todo estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para un inolvidable fin de semana, además, está a 15 min en coche de la Hoces Del Río Duratón, y si estáis cansados, podéis pasear por el pueblo que también tiene rutas.

La casa está genial, totalmente equipada y con Todo lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana con libertad para los niños y en un entorno fabuloso. Un gran acierto!

Fantástica casa, supercompleta (no le faltaba absolutamente de nada), la cocina muy moderna y práctica, con todo lo que uno puede imaginar (hasta exprimidor eléctrico de naranjas).
La casa es muy acogedora, las camas super cómodas y el silencio y oscuridad que hay de noche hizo que durmiera como un bebé :)
Nos encantó la barbacoa, y a los niños les gustó mucho encontrar libros infantiles y comics de "Mortadelo y Filemón" ;)
Por no hablar del inmenso jardín y las mesas para comer en él.
Águeda, la propietaria, fue muy atenta. Tuvimos un mínimo problema con la barbacoa y lo solucionó rápidamente.
Salimos encantados de allí, la verdad
El único "pero" sería el precio, pero la verdad es que la casa lo vale
$$$$
