About this house rental
House located in Chañe, in the heart of Tierra de Pinares and Route of the Castles. Capacity to sleep 8 10 people. Village house with a magnificent garden with barbecue to be enjoyed. Parking place. WIFI. Located about 30 minutes from Segovia, Valladolid, Medina del Campo and Peñafiel (Ribera de Duero). Olmedo 20 minutes away. 10 minutes from Cuéllar and Coca. For lovers of nature, 50 minutes from the incredible Natural Park of Hoces del Duratón. Perfect haven to explore the beauty of the area
Check in: Flexible. Entry later than 9:30 pm (between 9:30 pm 12 pm), has a cost of 20 euros. From 12 pm at night onwards 30 euros will be charged! Check out: before 12 am normally, but if there are no other guests afterwards, I am flexible. I am generally flexible to check in and check out, as long as there are no other guests before or after you. Just ask me in advance. Thank you!!
Casa Teo has been decorated with great love for detail to ensure to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible and that you can feel totally at home. It is fully equipped with washing machine, SMART TV, refrigerator, oven, microwave, hair dryer, heating, toaster, coffee machiene, juicer, kitchen utensils, WIFI ... etc Kitchen fully equiped. Towels and bedding are supplied HOUSING DISTRIBUTION The house is divided into 4 rooms. Two of them are with double beds. And the other two have single beds, 2 beds per room. We have 2 bathrooms, one of them with bath and bidet. The living room is open to the kitchen. There is a wood burning fireplace, and also a bilbaina cuisine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machiene, toaster, iron ... etc The terrace is a special corner, excellent for games, reading ... etc and from here you can access the garden and porch. GARDEN AND BARBECUE The garden is a spacious space to enjoy sunny days. In autumn fand spring there is usually a perfect climate to enjoy the porch. The trillo converted into a table is the central object of the porch and truly stunning. The decoration of the porch with farming implements of residents of this house, with yoke, fanegas, Roman, gallows, etc invites you to journey through times. In memory of our parents who lived in the house and worked the land, we have decorated the old barn with much care and dedication.

We loved this house, really confortable and cosy. Nuria was a great host very nice and always available. We totally recomend this house.

Alquilamos un grupo de 6 personas la casa a Nuria para el fin de semana.
Sabíamos que era bonita a juzgar por las fotos, pero desde luego lo es aún más en directo. El nivel de atención al detalle que tiene la casa, desde la chimenea, la cocina, las mesas hasta el jardín es INCREÍBLE.
No echamos en falta absolutamente nada durante el fin de semana. La casa tenía menaje completo, el jardín con su barbacoa y la zona de la mesa para comer en grupo es simplemente perfecto. Se respira tranquilidad total además, y eso que la casa no está aislada del pueblo, pero a efectos es como si lo estuviera.
En cuanto a la dueña, tanto Nuria como su hermana Montse nos atendieron en todo lo que necesitamos haciendo el proceso de reserva súper sencillo y aclarando todas las dudas que teníamos. Además se nota el esfuerzo que han puesto en la casa, como por ejemplo poniendo los instrumentos de arar de la familia en diferentes puntos de la casa ... y hasta un “museo” con diferentes herramientas que usaba su familia hace unos años para trabajar el campo.
Finalmente, en los alrededores hay muchísimas actividades y cosas que ver. Nosotros paseamos por los pinares, nos bañamos en el río que está a 5 min en coche (hay una presa) y vimos el castillo de Cuéllar, aunque hay muchas cosas más.
Sin duda la recomendaría, y probablemente volveremos nosotros en más de una ocasión.
