Thanks to the central location of our recently renovated apartment, you’ll be able to explore Cagliari with ease.

La Casetta is located on the first floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

Just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza Repubblica and well-connected to the rest of the city and the beautiful Poetto Beach, La Casetta d’Oro is the ideal choice for your vacation or business trip.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, which features an entryway, a living room with a sleeper sofa (French-style, 140x200) and a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and coffee maker, a bathroom with a window and a spacious shower stall, and a double bedroom (160x200 bed) with split AC and a walk-in closet.

You can request a travel cot with linens for children (Although it’s located on one of the main streets, its view of the inner courtyard ensures peace and privacy.
All windows are equipped with screens and double-paned glass.
The cottage is located in a green neighborhood of Cagliari, very close to Monte Urpinu Park and the city courthouse in Piazza Repubblica, which is a 5-minute walk away along a tree-lined avenue.

Just a short walk away is a bus stop with direct connections to the historic districts and the beaches.

There is also a shared scooter parking area right in front of the apartment.

The area has all the amenities you need, including a grocery store, a 24-hour pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, delis, laundromats, a tobacco shop, and a newsstand.
