The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked perfectly. The area is totally quiet, which is important for a good sleep at night. It takes only 10 minutes walking to reach the city center. And the most important thing - you have your own parking spot in the yard, which is really valuable in a city like Cagliari!

Great to have free on site parking and 15 minute walk to old town.
Sofa bed sheet badly stained. Zero information provided. Had to ask for WiFi code. No information about the three different rubbish bins and what to put in each., Only one working a/c controller which meant two rooms couldn’t adjust at night without disturbing others. Absolutely nothing in the way of amenities like coffee, tea or even salt or pepper.
