Monte Urpinu Premium Apartment

Good location, lots of parking in the evenings for our rental car, tough to find a spot during the day, although not impossible. The view from the terrace is STUNNING; I wish the terrace had more furniture to be able to spend more time there and truly enjoy it. Every night that we sat out on the terrace, we saw groups of flamingos flying over and could hear peacock calls from the Monte Urpinu park. We really appreciated having air conditioning in every room (other than the bathrooms) as we visited during the heat wave. Great apartment if you're travelling with kids. It was a very quiet building and area, which we appreciated.

It would have been helpful to include extra sets of bedding and towels, since we stayed for three weeks. The elevator worked most of the time, but there were a few days towards the end of our stay when the elevator was not working, which can be tough since the property is on the top floor. Parking was tough to find on some days during the day. I would also recommend leaving more recycling and compost bags in the apartment for longer stays to make it easier to follow the recycling and compost rules.

Super schönes Apartment in der Nähe des Stadtzetrum. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren rund um und in Cagliari. Einen kostenfreien Parkplatz haben wir immer direkt an der Straße vor der Unterkunft bekommen. Ein schöner kleiner Park mit Spielplatz ist 300m entfernt.

Aus dem Balkon könnte man tatsächlich mehr raus holen. :)

Terrassen var fantastisk! Fint kök, badrum och allt var mycket fräscht. Bra utrustat kök med kryddor och kaffe, underbart när det finns. Fanns flaskvatten i kylen, mycket bra när vi checkade in sent och allt var stängt. Mycket förvaring i form av garderober överallt. Bra läge, trevlig värd som svarade snabbt på meddelanden. Trevligt område! Kändes säkert och gångavstånd överallt.

Våningssängen var kanske inte helt anpassad för vuxna, knarrade och var lite ostabil även om vi sov gott. Kallt vatten i den finaste duschen och ganska dåligt tryck.
