*This home is located in the town of Grand Lake, not Estes Park*

This pet-friendly studio offers a comfortable and convenient retreat for you and your furry companion. The studio features a king-sized bed and a cozy couch with an ottoman, providing ample space to relax after a day of adventure. Take in the lake views and ample natural lighting with a hot cup of coffee or tea in the mornings or kick up your feet after a day on the town and unwind to your favorite shows on the smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts new granite countertops with comfy bar-style seating, everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals! You'll also find a full-sized shower/tub combo in the bathroom with ample counter space & lighting at the vanity, ensuring maximum comfort while you freshen up.
Is cooking not on your agenda? Not a problem! Chickadee's Nest is a convenient short walk away to some of Grand Lake's most popular restaurants. If you can't get enough of the lake views from the window, have a seat on the shared deck and really take it all in! Walk directly from the deck down to the public park and beach. Boat, paddle, swim, fish, & more! Enjoy the popular trailheads for a picturesque hike that are minutes from the apartment.
*This studio shares the deck & outdoor seating with the Blue Jays Nest and the Falcons Nest. The entry hallway is also shared between the 3 units. All 3 Bird Nest Units are available to book together, perfect for larger families and friend groups traveling together!

- 4WD / AWD, snow tires or chains are required for winter arrivals. Winter conditions can occur anytime Oct. 1st - Jun 1st.
- This home is Pet-Friendly (1 Dog Permitted) with a $50 nonrefundable pet deposit. No Exceptions
- This home is non-smoking
- No parties or events
- *No oversized vehicles / boats/ trailers / ATV’s or snow machines
- *Parking Spaces Available: 1
- *Full set of 16 exterior stairs required for entry to unit*
- *There are 2 security cameras: 1 facing parking lot, 1 in the common hallway
Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

This cute apartment was in the perfect location for us. We could walk to everything including the beach, restaurants, the store, and trails. The deck was a nice place to hang out during downtime. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
