Location is great. Rooms clean. Staff amazing! Pool is cool.
I would have rated higher, but there were a couple things that need improvement. Top on that list is how annoying the operation of the elevators are. They unnecessarily take forever. Pass your floor up. I never saw anything like it and it would happen often. Also, the hot tub needs to be hot...it's a warm tub as is.

Lovely hotel. Great staff and very luxurious. I really liked it here.
It was a bit awkward to adjust the temperature in the room. But it was still comfortable

The location was awesome easy to walk to town and beautiful views. Love the wood burning fireplace.
No welcome package in terms of how to run the TV if there was any heat to turn on, no hooks in the bathroom to hang ,the cabin is a little worn and needs updating. Looks much better in the photos.

Pool is great
It’s not worth the 5 stars, quite dilapidated and multiple things broken and fixed on the dodge.
