The condo is spacious and was very comfortable for our group of 5. One of the bedrooms is especially large and has a separate entrance and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and a lot of counter space. The location on the stream is beautiful and is less than a 0.25 mile walk to downtown Grand Lake, the lake shore, and one trailhead in Rocky Mountain National Park. The owner was in direct contact with us and was very accommodating.
A few other reviews mentioned dim lighting, and I agree that it was a little dark in the living / dining areas a night.

The condo worked well for our quick 2 night getaway. Lots of room for 3 people - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Perfect location close to town. River is lovely.
The decor needs freshening - does match Grand Lake's rustic Western. Kitchen seemingly very dated.
