Cute cabin, great location, and awesome outdoor space for little one to run around.
Towels and sheets need a refresh. The whole cabin could use a deep clean.

The fire pit and proximity to grand Lake were amazing.
The stairs are extremely steep and with only one window in the upstairs part, it was extremely hot at night

wasn’t very clean in light of the $177 cleaning fee we were charged - assume that’s the standard fee and we discovered bags of dog poop in the yard, dirty kitchen sink area, dust on the tops of all of the bathroom lights. Made us a tad irritated that we were going to be charged the fee.

The location is fantastic you can easily walk to Grand Lake and enjoy the lake and restaurants without needing your car at all!
The stairs in the cabin were so steep they can’t meet code. I couldn’t sleep in my bed in the loft so had to share the only downstairs bed with my girlfriend which didn’t seem right especially for the money. This should be noted not for seniors! The flooring was not clean and pillows not in zipper covers so not being cleaned between guests. No dishwasher and not following the recommendations for COVID cleaning!
