This was a beautiful location. The beach access was easy. There was not a TV in the 2nd bedroom that my kids stayed in and only 4 forks in the unit we stayed in as a family of 5 we just went and bought some plastic forks so that was an easy fix.

This condo was pretty clean and nicely appointed. The coffee maker carafe was chipped but usable. The building itself is a bit dated but kept clean. The mattresses are old and not too comfortable. The dryer vents are in drastic need of cleaning. The occurrence that really affected our stay was that while there, the balconies of the building did not pass inspection, and were deemed off limits for use. The access doors were screwed shut. Enjoying the oceanfront view was difficult from standing in the living room. Although there was an apology, there was no offer for an adjusted rate during the inconvenient time.

When we went the balconies were closed. I did not know this at the time I booked the place. If I had known I would not have stayed there. When I realized the balconies were closed it was too late to cancel. The place was clean but the furniture was old and uncomfortable.
