Clean, easy access to pool and ocean. Great ocean view. Pool was cleaned and ready for the day thanks to Jeffrey. Lobby real clean. The only problems we had was the washer/dryer combo, we weren’t familiar with it and no instructions provided. No instructions for the TVs & couldn’t get the bedrooms working. The kitchen was well stocked, ice maker worked great, pans need replaced. The curtains could use upgraded. Very happy staying here!!! Definitely book again!!!

Beautiful view. Lots of space for 3 -6 people. We are planning to come back next year and will book it again.

In the instructions about checking in we were informed that check in was after 4, and we would receive a text letting us know when the room would be ready. I never received a message, and finally I called around 7, while we were sitting in the parking lot and of course the office was closed, so I pressed the # for emergencies, in my opinion it was because we were unable to get in our room and we weren't sure if it was even ready. The person I spoke to was nice, but she was only able to give me the code, so my question was if my room was ready or not, she was unable to answer that question, my husband and I took a chance, and used the code to open the door and thankfully the room was ready. We were also informed a few days before check in that there would be construction going on, on the balcony, well it was too late to cancel due the events going on at the beach. So we took a chance and decided to stay there anyway. I didn't realize maintenance would have to come in our unit, which in my opinion wasn't really a safe thing and the only reason the maintenance person couldn't use his key to open our door was because we had the top lock on the door. We were very unhappy about this.
