This bright and modern 60 m² apartment features 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds, a living room with a couch, 1 shower/toilet, an additional shower, and a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining area. The apartment also features a furnished south-facing balcony!

Our house is located just a 500-meter walk from the Steffisalp valley station, so you can access Austria’s largest contiguous ski area—Ski Arlberg—in just a few minutes. You can even ski right back to the house via Ski Route 303—Wolfegg! The ski school, ski rental, restaurants, and nightlife are also within walking distance!

We’re located just 500 meters from the Steffisalp valley station, which is also in operation during the summer, so in winter you can reach Austria’s largest contiguous ski area—Ski Arlberg—in just a few minutes. You can even reach the house directly via Ski Route 303!
Summer offers numerous opportunities for hikers, climbers, and nature lovers—and almost everything can be reached without a car!

Our house is located just 500 m from the Steffisalp valley station, which is also in operation during the summer and is included in the free Warth Card. Nearly all activities—hikes, climbing opportunities, and outdoor adventures—can be reached without a car. We’re also happy to provide an outdoor grill area!

On-site costs: Our small wellness area offers the opportunity to relax and unwind after a busy day. In the summer, the sauna is open for you even in bad weather (by reservation)! We also offer a bread roll service through the Lech bakery! Please note that we do NOT accept credit card payments on-site.
Check-in is from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
