Very nice place for hikers
The apartment was very quiet inside, we had everything we needed (or got it once we asked) and the location was a great starting point for hikes
We missed a quiet place to sit outside, our balcony was directed towards the playground/ trampoline which was quite noisy. A small public area outside would have been great

Superb
For skiers the location is perfect, also a very good storage room for the equipment. The playroom is great for children. The breakfastservice was very nice. You feel like in a hotel because of the cleaning, and changing towels during the week.
For the non skiers, there is not much to see in the neighbourhood and the kitchen is a little bit too small.

Alles Top für den alpinen und Langlauf Skisport mit Familie und ruhig gelegen,
Relative sehr ruhige Einzellage 300 m ca von Sessellift Talstation Jaegeralpe einschließlich Skipass Kassa Gebäude und Skiverleih im Nachbarhotel und direkt an der Langlaufloipe. Aus dem Skikeller direkt zum Lift oder Loipe, zurück zur Unterkunft auf Ski etwas sportlicher, da ca 300 m leicht bergauf oder Umweg von anderer Piste über das Adlerhotel von oben einen "Ziehweg" mit Schiebeeinlagen von ca 200m. Reichhaltige "Frühstückzutatenservice" auf Bestellung am Vortag, Hotel sehr sauber , familiär, moderner alpiner Stil. Kleine Sauna für etwa 3-4 Personen und toller stilvoller Relaxbereich. Parken sicher, bei Schnee letzten 300 m Fahrt zum Hotel Winterausrüstung sinnvoll (Schnee-Eisdecke auf Weg möglich, etwas verwinkelt), Ladestation vorhanden. Informationen zu touristischen Angeboten reichlich. Donnerstags Rodeln in Warth mit Traktorzug ein Highlight für die Kids.
Freunde, die im Nachbarort nächtigten, fanden: Lage ist nix für die Gaudifraktion und Apres Ski Liebhaber. und die Liebhaber von Fine dining in alpiner lässiger Eleganz ;-) Diese sollten nach Lech oder St Anton. Es gibt begrenzte Möglichkeiten abends essen zu gehen, aber die Küchenzeile ist im Appartement sehr gut ausgestattet und die Skihütten haben im Gebiet für jeden was. Und so war es gut für mich.

Perfekte Lage um direkt von der Unterkunft aus zu Wandern. Super schönes geräumiges Zimmer. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Gastgeberin war auch super freundlich und gab uns gute Tipps. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.
