Great property located within a few minutes from the ski slopes. Comfortable and friendly host.

Warm welcome by the host Alexander. Explained all the options available to us. Property features a mini-market with a large and varied selection of food and drink options. All fairly priced. Room was comfortable and well appointed. High praise for the kitchen equipment (high quality for a rental and well equipped). Property features a sauna. Covered carport and ski room with boot heaters. Enjoyed the "brötli service" (order breakfast breads the night before and then pick up on the next morning). We ran out of tissues in the bathroom and advised receptionist. She immediately provided a new box - top service.

While this has been commented on by other travellers, the only "downside" is the size of the sauna. Its far too small for this property considering how many apartments/guests. It is open from 15-21hrs and its normal that most will want to use it after a ski day and before dinner. Unless you are open to using it outside the peak hours be prepared to wait your turn or deal with many other guests. We were confronted by larger groups (6-7) of friends to parents with a young child. Not conducive to relaxtion. We tried on several days and times and found after 7pm had the least of traffic.

Nice place

The place is great, clean and enough space. Parking is generous and ski room for boots nearby. Sauna in the object is a big benefit, it could be bigger for that amount of apartments and people, I imagine that could be crowded there. But be prepare for a calm village place. The place itself is 5 min by car outside of the Warth, so not really in walking distance but who wants to meet people can drive there easily.

Lovely stay, but not near St. Anton

There are vending machines at the reception. So we could get some drinks and coffee on arrival. Unfortunately you can only pay with coins. The apartment was very clean and spacious with comfy beds.

We realized to shortly that the skiing area where we had rented our boards and guide, was a 2 hour drive away. In winter the Lech-Warth road is closed, which we only got to know upon arrival. So we rented another apartment closer by.

We stayed at the appartment on the ground floor, next to the entrance and it was very noisy. Although there's a car park for all the guests, some of them still parked their car in front of our (bedroom) window. This took away our view, but also made quite a lot of noise, since it was mainly guests arriving late or leaving early. And the breakfast service drives up to the location very loud at 5 in the morning. We adviced to make signs on the floor in front of the appartment that won't allow people to park there.

The accomodation was neat and clean - althouth the kids bed were not ready made up on arrival.

De host was not available at check in. I had to phone and he said that the keys were in our apartment. Then very early the next morning and several times there after the host and cleaner knocked on our door to ask for details they were suppose to get at time of check in but were not available. The cleaning lady entered the room while we were inside without knocking - I find this terrible intrusion of privacy. This all happened between 7h and 8h30 the morning. Not acceptable and not professional! The small river had a terribly sewerage smell that was unbearable.

Gastgeber Alexander war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Lage gut schnell erreichbar, Unterkunft sehr angemehm 2 Zimmer, schönes Bad, Wohn-u. Lebensmittelraum im Gebäude sehr gut, mit reichlichem Angebot an Getränken und Lebensmitteln mit guter Kaffemaschine

Skischuhtrockner im Skiraum im Carport einerseits praktisch, aber die Skischuhwärmer an der Wand waren nicht ausreichend warm um meine Skischuhe im Innenbereich zu trocknen, Preis für diese Unterkunft war o.k., jedoch der Preis für das reinigen der Zimmer etwas teuer,

Wunderbare Familienunterkunft mit außergewöhnlichem Komfort

Die Apartments sind außergewöhnlich groß und komfortabel und komplett ausgestattet. Sehr beeindruckend war die Automatenstation zur Selbstversorgung. Das Angebot an Speisen und Getränken lässt wirklich keinerlei Wünsche offen und man kann auf das Mitbringen eigener Lebensmittel wirklich komplett verzichten. Die Preise sind mehr als fair bzw. eher unter Supermarktniveau. Sehr nette Gastgeber, wunderbarer Aufenthaltsraum mit sehr viel Spielmöglichkeiten und Spielzeug auch für kleinere Kinder. Großzügige Parkmöglichkeiten in wettergeschützten Carports. Toll: 2 Ladesäulen für E-Autos mit 22 kw am Haus.

Tolle Auswahl an Frühstückswaren, die man am Abend bestellt und ab 07:15 abholt. Dazu noch viel Angebot wie ein kleiner Supermarkt - preislich wirklich ok!

Hilfsbereites Personal, eine Ferienwohnung die alles hat was man braucht, sauber, modern, ruhig 😍 Zusätzlich ein kleiner Kiosk mit tolles Auswahl und eine schöne Sauna mit einem Ruheraum. Es gibt nichts zum aussetzen :)

Alles in allem gut. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Skifahren ist auch gut.

Wunderbarer Sommer-Aufenthalt

Wunderbares, modernes Appartment mit bequemen Betten, gut eingerichteter Küche und schönem Badezimmer. Das genialste war, dass es im Haus ein kleiner Laden hat, in dem man sehr vieles kaufen kann (Käse, Wurst, Teigwaren, Fertiggerichte, Saucen, Getränke, Bier, ...). Liebevoll gestalteter Aussenbereicht mit Grillstelle (und Holz) am Fluss. Die Hosts waren sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus befindet sich etwas ausserhalb vom Dorfzentrum, ist jedoch in ca. 10-15min Fussmarsch gut zu erreichen - und es fährt ebenfalls ein Bus, wenn man nicht zu allzu später Stunde unterwegs ist.

Unser erster Familienurlaub im Arlberg

Wir haben uns in unserem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ausstattung war modern und komfortabel, es gab zahlreiche Angebote, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Der 'Hotel-Shop' hat uns besonders gefallen, die Preise waren fair und die Auswahl war groß. Die Lage war perfekt, wir konnten alles zu Fuß & mit Bus erreichen. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Privatsphäre, die uns das Appartement geboten hat. Und die zwei Grillstellen/Lagerfeuer am Haus waren ein Highlight! Perfekt für gemütliche Abende. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen!

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Zimmer konnten leider nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden.

sehr schön mit kleinen Missverständnissen

es ist ein wirklich schönes Haus speziell für Familien mit Kindern... mit Spielwiese und Spielgeräten und Grillplatz , - wirklich Alles mit sehr viel Mühe und Herzblut hergerichtet. Der Umgang mit den Besietzern und Bediensteten ist unkompliziert und angenehm*9

Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat war die Abrechnung mit Hund auf 25€/p.day und zusätzlichen Endreinigungskosten unabhängig vom Hund von 200€ bei einem gleichzeitig reinigungstechnischen einfachen Appartment mit Holzböden ; - das waren auf 10 Nächte in Summe 450€ !!!... für mich als Frührentner verdammt viel Geld ; - zumal die Lechkarten dann doch für 4 Erwachsene mit 88€ abgerechnet wurden und Achtung ... es gibt zwei Lechkarten - Arten !! .. mit der Basiskarte geht eine Fahrt an den Formarinsee nicht und wenn einen der Fahrer nach oben mitnimmt, steht man oben und hat die Mühe den herunter fahrenden Busfahrer zu überzeugen... aber das ist nicht Thema der Unterkunft ... die zwei Varianten von Lechkarten gehören von den Gemeinden klarer ausgewiesen

Empfehlenswert !

Sehr schöne moderne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Bei 9 Tagen Aufenthalt wurden sogar 3 x die Handtücher gewechselt, erlebt man sonst kaum in Ferienwohnungen. Auch ist bei längerem Aufenthalt sehr praktisch, dass man ab späterem Nachmittag die Waschmaschinen des Hauses benutzen darf. Die Sauna hat zusätzlich Duschtücher. Nur Saunatücher sind für 5 € auszuleihen. Ich verstehe nicht, dass sich viele Gäste darüber hinwegsetzen und einfach die Duschtücher benutzen. Schade, sollten dadurch mal die Duschtücher in der Sauna eingespart werden. Auch sehr angenehm fanden wir die lange Öffnungszeit der Sauna und die hohen überdachten Parkplätze.

Schöne Apartments

Schönes Apartment mit allem was wir für ein paar Tage gebraucht haben. Auch die Möglichkeit Kleinigkeiten vor Ort einzukaufen und der Brötchenservice waren toll. Die Sauna im Keller ist groß genug und war angenehm.

Es liegt etwas außerhalb des Dorfes, mit Auto aber kein Problem.
