The Kallithea Nook

The place is big and super comfortable, at a walking distance from the city center and close to public transport station, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. It has all facilities needed for an extended stay of a couple.

It was a little difficult to locate but it was quickly resolved.

Bastante amplio y nuevo. Alejado del centro, 40 min andando más o menos. Cerca de una avenida con restaurantes y supermercado. Nosotros fuimos con coche de alquiler y aparcamos sin problemas.

Por la noche me desperto unas cuantas veces el ascensor, que esta al lado del apartamento. A parte de esto, todo bien.

I stayed for a month (September 2025). This is one the best apartment I've ever stayed. It has everything - including a dryer. The only things that were missing were the dishwasher and the microvwave. But, it has everything else. It was crystal clean when I checked in. A lot of towels. Two sets of linen. The location is good. The area is not crowded / touristic - but still close to the center. Two AC units. It's also sunny (which is important for winter - you will not get cold). The hot water runs 24/7 - and you don't have to turn on / turn off boiler every time you wanna go to to shower. And it has self-check in which is classic but still.

The elevator is old and quaky and can be heard from the bedroom. I did not mind it at all - but hypersensetive sleepers might have a different experience.

Clean and spacious recently renovated apartment with all facilities; we were pleasantly surprised as the pics on booking.com do not do the apartment justice, the place is much nicer in person! The place is very quiet even though it is off off a main street with a good amount of traffic. Double windows do a great job at making the place quiet. The place has AC which is definitely a must in Athens in the summer. Good location -about 10 minutes on foot to the closest metro station; host is easy to communicate with and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth
