The apartment was great, and well-furnished with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Loved the balcony - and the washing machine and drying rack! :) The location had pluses and minuses; it was a nice residential area bordering a main thoroughfare that had everything we needed, which was great - but it's about a 15 minute walk to the Metro. There is a trolley bus that runs right outside the door, but we did not try this - next time we probably would. So, you are trading nice surroundings and quiet for a little distance to the metro. Not a bad trade; just be aware of it.
Another shelf for toiletries in the bathroom would be helpful, but overall, we really enjoyed staying here, and the owner was very good about communicating and making sure we had everything we needed.

I am not used to the traffic in Athen, but it was ok. I will come back.
