Cozy apartment by Athens

The layout of the apartment is really nice, the balcony area is cosy with the trees around. Loved sitting there. The owner was replying fast to our questions and was very kind! I would recommend this place for sure as it also was clean and had the basics in for us already just in case we couldn't get to a store on time, like toilet paper, water etc. To be fair this is the first Airbnb I see with an aid kit in the bathroom, which was useful as one of our friends had a small injury. Overall a great apartment for couples or friends!

The apartment was very clean and quiet, which was very important for us. The landlord was super nice and very responsive. Everything was according to the offer. I definitely recommend for 2 or even 4 ppl. There was plenty of room!

The kitchen was big, but hardly any utensils or dishes. Perhaps it can be agreed with the landlord to add more because he was very accommodating :)

La struttura è proprio come mostrata in foto, anzi forse anche più bella. Molto pulita, completa di ogni necessità. Inoltre, la comunicazione con il proprietario è sempre stata semplice e veloce. La zona in cui è la casa è residenziale, molto silenziosa. C’è un balconcino che da su un giardino interno davvero molto bello. La posizione è ottima, si raggiunge il centro (la zona dell’acropoli) in poco tempo a piedi (direi 25/30 min, ma ho sempre passeggiato con molta spensieratezza). Anche il porto è comodo da raggiungere - in taxi son 10/15 min. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Son molto felice di aver soggiornato in questa struttura! Ci ritornerei
