The location is very convenient. Can walk to the night market and a BigC supermarket around the area. Easy get all the things we needed. Many choices of food around the area. The host is very responsive and accommodating. On the first day when we reached, it was raining heavily and we asked for umbrellas and floor rag. The host immediately arranged for someone to send over. They also helped to refill mineral water for us everyday so we don’t have to carry all the way from the supermarket. On the last day, the host also allowed us to put our luggages in the villa until 2.30pm while we went out to shop. Thanks so much. Will recommend to stay there.

The stairs to the level 2 is partially open. When raining, it is so inconvenient to come down and go up if there is elderly in the group.

We had an incredible stay at Cleopatra. The team took care of us even before we arrived with our requirements and during our stay. We enjoyed breakfast daily from the chef and we loved the layout of the villa. Each room had its own entrance which gave us all privacy. The villa is located right in town but you’d never know as it’s so quiet - felt like it’s own oasis. Big thank you to Gali, Nim and their team. Can’t wait to visit again:)

我們住了四天三夜。Room No.1 從入住就有臭味，後來雖然開抽風並放置除臭劑，本來的臭味與除臭劑加起來反而更糟; 熱水器不是很穩定，家人進去洗了冷水澡...本來一人分配一間房，我睡 Room No.1，但因為味道太重，我一直到 3am 都睡不著（前一天只睡了3-4小時趕飛機，所以身體其實很疲累）我三個晚上都只好搬到樓上跟妹妹睡，Room No.1 就只使用廁所。Room No.2 洗手間也有臭味問題。雖然其他房間都不錯，但五間房有 1 間不能住，我認為以清邁的物價而言，它的性價比就不高了。
