APHRODITE POOL VILLA - Old City I 7 Bed Rooms I Daily Housekeeping

Lovely pool and excellently equipped Villa- be fantastic for longer stays when you might want to eat in and get washing done. Staff were very courteous and helpful. When we arrived the safe was locked but open and we couldn’t override it as we didn’t have the code. We communicated over the WhatsApp group and a new key safe was delivered very promptly.

Lots of broken things around the pool such as ceramic dogs with their head snapped off, a giraffe with no ears and a very beat up repaired leather sofa. These things were really not needed and could just be removed and it would tidy up the place hugely. Also difficult to locate the apartment a sign above the door would be really helpful or photographs sent to you showing entrance at the back of the car park. The padlock on the door was very very difficult to get into… at one stage our sons had returned to the apartment before us and we left on the doorstep for over an hour because they couldn’t get the padlock to unlock.

We had a wonderful stay at Aphrodite Pool Villa. The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable, making it perfect for our family trip. The private pool and common areas gave everyone plenty of space to relax and spend quality time together. The host was very friendly, responsive and supportive throughout our stay, and was always ready to help whenever we had any questions or requests. The daily housekeeping service was also very helpful and made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to stay again.

Located wonderfully within the old city, the villa has a pleasant configuration. The pool is welcoming during the hot days, and the rooms well organised for large groups - we had 10. We particularly enjoyed the well equipped kitchen area, and the large living room area. A few of the bathrooms are a little slippery, so do take note especially if you have elderly travellers. The crew could provide floor mats if needed. If you need wheelchair access do let the crew know ahead of time. (We were ok to lift the wheel chair for the steps at the entrance, but just take note and ask.) The management crew is very attentive and responsive, before and during the trip.
