The buffet for breakfast and dinner were delicious and had fresh, delicious food. The pool and gym were modern. The staff were very friendly and responsive to requests. Two in particular were exceptional - Pratyush Kumar, head of housekeeping, and Melody from the front desk. They went well above and beyond - Melody had a cake delivered for our new daughter upon arrival and had pictures taken of us at the diya in the front entrance printed with a nice note. Pratyush took special care of us and had a cake and bear delivered at our departure to thank us.
The hotel needs an ATM on site, since so much is done in cash in Patna. Going a half mile on foot on the busy streets to an ATM is not a good idea. The staff were challenged with understanding and American accent.

Crowds keep coming going for their functions celebrations and children keep running here and there
