    The hotel is nice and well placed. But the staff were kind of rude and the experience was disappointing. There were not even basic facilities like a bottle of water in the room. When I asked, they said they don’t give it to rooms booked through online channels because those are cheaper. My simple question is — who sets the prices on these websites? If the hotel itself decides the price, then why treat guests differently? It feels unfair and misleading.

    This hotel has been rated 3 star. But it doesn't deserve more than 1 star. Old hotel. Badly maintained. Hotel rooms have either ACs without remote or with remote not working. Old rooms. Staff is very old. Only advantage is Pure Veg restaurant and food is ok. Nothing special. Jain food available. I guess it's rare to get that in Patna. I wish the management takes my review seriously and upgrades the hotel. I booked this on Agoda for half the rates of its competitors. I had booked with Breakfast but Hotel management says it was booked without breakfast. Agoda should look into it. I was charged for breakfast.
