The kitchen the bathroom the bedrooms the linens everything are excellent for me and one of the crew name Hannah is very patient with me she never give up on assisting me in everything.

The spartment was comfortable and nicee.
I had a lot of problems with checking in because there was no staff on property and no keys were found.

The location was great, very close to Alexandria historical area and downtown DC.
Checkin/out procedure was very complicated, especially with parking. The customer service hang up on me before giving me the full instructions, and even before that one of them gave very confusing information. The apartment also looks older than it does in pictures.
