very clean house and spacious. i had a problem with the next door neighbor but the owner of this house handled the situation very well. i would recommend to others.
the neighbor is a KAREN!!! you might end up fighting her.

I liked how close we were to downtown alexandria. It had everything you would need for a short term rental. I wouldn’t say this was a nice area, but very close to a nice area.
I was not a fan of the neighborhood. Maybe a little sketchy (the neighbors arguing/yelling didn’t help). The overall cleanliness could have been better. Toilet was having some issues flushing (water tank was not refilling). Definitely think they should invest in nicer comforter? Comforter looked gross (stains, not sure if had ever been cleaned).
