New and Modern - Plaza Nueva - Pedestrian street

The apartment itself was fantastic, it had everything we needed for a family of 4. The facilities within the apartment were brilliant and the location was spot on. There was a lot of storage space for unpacking. Also lots of plug sockets dotted around the apartment. The air conditioning was great and so was the heating. The apartment was lovely and clean. Two keys to the apartment were provided. Minty Stay were very proactive and responded quickly via WhatsApp.

Whilst the apartment was fantastic, it had a severe damp problem. The smell of the damp was very overpowering and unpleasant. The bedrooms were also very light as the curtains weren’t lined. Due to the location and perhaps single glazed windows it was excessively noisy at times. This may just be that we booked it over a bank holiday weekend and it was particularly busy. We were also made aware to not leave one of the keys in the back of the door as you then cannot open it from the outside. We did unfortunately do this and ended up calling out a locksmith to gain access back into the apartment (€110 cost). The locksmith said he’s regularly there so it does raise the question that the current system isn’t working. Perhaps a sign on the back of the door would alert people not to leave the key there. If it is a regular problem then the issue should be addressed.

En general los utensilios/electrodomésticos de la cocina escasos.

Appartement moderne lits confortables

Il y avait une infiltration d'eau au plafond donc une odeur très désagréable de moisi (voir photo jointe - état du plafond et un seau posé au sol pour récupérer l'eau d'infiltration) Cette fuite existait déjà depuis longtemps et le problème aurait du être traité par le propriétaire avant notre arrivée. Beaucoup de bruit dans la rue.
