The decoration style and furnishings were very attractive and comfortable. The lounge and kitchen were especially nice and exactly as they appear in the photos. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped. The arrangement of the bedrooms upstairs was a little unusual. One bedroom doesn’t have a proper wall and you walk past a screen to get to the bedroom that is fully enclosed. It’s fine if you are not worried about both rooms having privacy. The bathroom is small but fine. The host instructions for access and use of the property were clear and comprehensive and the property managers were very responsive. We stayed in winter and it was really cosy. Location is excellent — close to town but still quiet at night.
The windows can’t be opened and there is no ventilation so the upstairs was a bit airless.
