We booked a 3-bedroom and a 1-bedroom unit to accommodate our whole family. The only highlight was the master bedroom, which had a gorgeous beach view. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. One of the smaller single units had a pungent, musty smell at night time! We reported it, and housekeeping came to clean it next morning which seemed to help temporarily. However, once nighttime hit, the smell came back with a vengeance—a horrific odor of raw sewage and feces rising from the toilets that quickly filled the entire room. It was so overwhelmingly bad that I had to bury my face under the blankets just to get a whiff of clean air while trying to sleep. I literally felt like I couldn’t breathe without holding my nose. A clean, breathable room is the bare minimum for a hotel stay, and this was absolutely unacceptable. We will never stay here again, and I strongly warn other families to avoid this property until they fix their serious plumbing issues.
