Excellent view. Nice clean property. Everything works which is a great plus. Suggest a rental bike as everything is available just down the slope incase you want something on urgent basis.

Its down hill, some times the taxis didnt arrive on time, But if you book 10 mins ahead of your departure, taxis always arrived

We booked this place for 5 nights in Patong, Phuket, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a big mistake that completely ruined our stay. I have visited Thailand twice before and stayed in Bangkok, Pattaya, Krabi, and Patong (twice), but this was the only place where taxis and vehicles consistently hesitated or outright refused to come for pickup and drop-off. Although the villa is advertised as being in Patong, it is actually located on a very steep mountainside, nearly 1 km away from Patong town. The road leading to the villa is extremely steep with dangerous curves, making even walking difficult and unsafe. On several occasions, drivers dropped us on the main road and refused to drive down to the villa. The villa itself is rundown and poorly maintained, clearly in need of major renovation. Cleanliness was a serious issue, and the property does not feel safe at all—especially for families with young children. The bathrooms were dirty, the toilets and equipment were very old, and some things did not work properly. Considering the price, the condition and location are absolutely not worth it. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and choosing a better, safer, and more accessible accommodation in Patong.
