Dobrý poměr cena výkon. Velmi milá obsluha ráno. Snídaně trochu chudá, odpovídá italským standardům.
Koupelna je velmi malá, je vybudovaná na pavlači a v chladnějším období tam asi umrznete, v pokoji bylo celkově zima. byt je ve 3. patře bez výtahu.
