Tutto bellissimo e confortevole
Purtroppo non dovuto al hotel ma al bar dove si faceva colazione i baristi scortesi e non volevano darci quello che ci spettava della colazione anche se la padrona dell hotel aveva preso degli accordi con il bar

I liked the bed. The bath. Air conditioning. The design of the hotel.
No need to see people/receptionists
- The woman checking me in asked me to send my ID over via WhatsApp. 1. It's unsafe to share a photo of your document via messengers, and why would I do that? I can't know how or who would use this document. Such things should be mentioned before booking the hotel. 2. The woman who checked me in doesn't really know English or Italian. Her instructions were unclear and inconsistent. 3.
- The room is smaller than it seemed in the pictures
- There's no chair that you can use to sit
- The breakfast was average
My recent stay was disappointing for several reasons:
Check-in process – I was asked to send my ID via WhatsApp, which is not a secure or professional way to handle sensitive personal information. This should be communicated before booking, not upon arrival.
Communication – The staff member who checked me in did not speak English or Italian and could only communicate in russian. As a guest who speaks English and Italian, this made the process very unclear and inconsistent, and it felt inappropriate in a European hotel to have no common language available for international travellers -especially taking into account that russia leads a full-scale war at the moment - and a person in a hotel speaks russian.. just feels weird.
As the most of the stuff in the hotel to be honest - they all speak russian and barely speak English or Italian.
Room – The room was noticeably smaller than pictured. There was no proper chair to sit on, which made the space uncomfortable.
Breakfast – The breakfast was average, with limited variety.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of service, professionalism, or facilities.
