Location is great. We could just walk everywhere near Hastings and not needing to drive is the best when on holidays. The organic teas from tea shop were a nice touch. The villa was simple in general, but comfortable.
Nothing that we did not like, but we didn’t realise our villa was a 3 storey property which might be an issue for some people, and we could not connect our mobile phone to the smart tv, so if thinking of mirroring mobile to tv, better take a tv stick.

Jess the property manager was delightfully, she was very professional and kind. She is a real asset to the company.
The accommodation was immaculate and is very close to Hastings Street. I stayed in no 25 which was fab.

Location. Straight off Hastings Street.
The unit is starting to show wear
For nearly $1000 a night, a coat of paint on the stairway would be good. Didn't worry us but it might for someone being picky.

The pool was great. Access to the shops was great. Having a laundry was also great. Thankful that there was off street parking for each villa.
Located next to a large shopping centre carpark where rubbish trucks came to empty the bins every morning at 6am! Villa was starting to look a little tired.
