Great property and excellent location
When you specifically pay for a spa room, you expect the spa to be working. It was extremely disappointing that the spa was not working....and no compensation was offered.

Location was excellent! Meeting up with Leon to get the keys worked out just fine - very friendly and a pleasure to meet!
Either someone physically at the office to pick up the keys from or arrangements with the hotel for us to pick up from...not sure if either are options that can be worked out...but the lock box at the office didn't workout for me.
