About this apartment rental
Portofino is set in one of Hastings Street’s rare boutique complex of eight apartments right on Noosa main Beach. Apartment 8 is located on the top floor and has just had a total renovation – not one inch has been left untouched and it presents as a brand new apartment. No expense has been spared in this renovation, with stunning matt tiles throughout, matt stone benchtops, wall hung toilets and vanities and acoustic windows. Stunning views of First Point surf break and Noosa National Park from the living and dining areas and the 2nd master bedroom. It has an east facing balcony off the main living area and 2nd wrap around balcony that is accessed from the dining area plus the 2nd master bedroom to the south facing balcony overlooking the world famous Hastings Street. Professionally styled in a soothing modern relaxed coastal vibe, you will feel at home the moment you enter the apartment.
Sleeping up to 6 people, the apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The new master has a gorgeous step-up ensuite and Queen bed. The 2nd bedroom is like a 2nd Master with a King bed that can be converted to 2 singles and has direct balcony access. The third bedroom has 2 singles that can also be converted to a King Bed.
The complex has a lovely heated pool and spa and BBQ area and the beach is right on your doorstep. The sands of Noosa Main Beach border the stunning and sheltered Laguna Bay, with First Point one of the best surfing spots in Australia.
And if you don’t feel like cooking, simply walk out the door and the only decision you’ll have to make is whether to turn left or right, as fantastic eateries line Hastings Street in both directions! You could try a new restaurant every day and still not run out of places to go!
Portofino Apartments offer true beach-side living. You’re on the sand almost as soon as you step out your door.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen, bath towels and pool towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soap, toilet paper, detergents, etc (a starter pack to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may be purchased from local supermarkets.
• Weddings, parties, functions, schoolies and pets are not permitted.
• This property and complex is non-smoking
• In keeping with the residential area governance of the Noosa Council, no noise after 10pm

The unit is perfectly situated on Hastings street with glimpses to the water.
Nicely renovated and with all you need for a holiday. A few tiny things like the fridge leaked and doors in ensuite didn't close well. Biggest issue is no aircon in bedrooms, especially the 3rd where the aircon can't reach.
Would stay again. Perfect location.

Lovely, however we weren't aware of the 3 story walk up and one of our party has difficulty walking. The location was perfect, and the apartment met our needs very well.
