Perfect apartment for a family and a couple! We are already waiting to get back to you.

- Excellent communication with the host - You will receive a video of the parking - it will be very easy - The location of the apartment is perfect, minutes walk from all the main places - Location on the second floor without an elevator but very convenient access - Very nice entrance and balcony - The apartment is innovatively furnished and practically designed - There are many options for its description - High ceiling creates a feeling of space and comfort - Kitchen, showers, toilets, pantry, all the utensils and machines for a long stay with a family. - Coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer +++ - Kitchen with dishes and glasses for all needs - Spacious master bedroom - A child's bed is placed above the kitchen as a second floor with comfortable and fun stairs - TVs in each room and air conditioning - Simply an example of a model for all those involved in tourism and recreation. - Thank you very much for the special experience in your apartment. We felt that you did your best to make us feel in a magical, pleasant, comfortable and luxurious place.

The only problem was we couldn’t stay longer as we were on a schedule. Apartment is perfect in every way!

A beautiful apartment in a great location. Newly renovated with everything you could need. Comfortable, well equipped, thoughtfully decorated, and nice and quiet despite being in the centre of the town. It was also spotlessly clean! Ana, the host, was super organised and provided detailed instructions on how to get to the parking where her very polite son met us. He showed us around the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed.

Stylish, central, spotless—steps from sights with taxis and a dessert café at the door.

We had a fantastic stay at the AVC Apartment in Novi Sad. It’s right in the city center, just steps away from all the main cultural sites, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, modern, and super clean—everything felt brand new and thoughtfully styled. It’s also incredibly convenient with a taxi drop-off and pick-up zone right out front, making it easy to get around. Added bonus: it’s located right above a famous dessert café, so sweet treats are never far away. Highly recommend!

Љубазни власници, пре свега. Дочекали су нас током доласка и детаљно појаснили све неопходно. Даље, с обзиром на то да смо били са бебом и малим дететом, чистоћа на завидном нивоу, што нам је најбитнија ствар. Стан је заправо у врло старој згради, реновиран и изузетно лепо опремљен, са елементима модерног и рустичног, што и не чуди, јер је власница дизајнерка ентеријера. Нама је такође битно да је паркинг место доступно, а његова локација, као и локација самог смештаја је сам врх. Тешко је наћи толико квалитетан смештај на самом главном тргу Новог Сада. Удобност не мањка, интернет стабилан, телевизори у дневној и спаваћој соби. Галерија (горња спаваћа соба) је старијем детету била посебно интересантна, највише због тога што воли да се пење уз степенице. Иако централна, локација је веома мирна, поглед је дворишно-оријентисан (са задње стране зграде), тако да уопште нема градске буке. Кухиња садржи све што може да вам затреба, купатило такође. Прозори се могу тотално замрачити прелепим рустичним дрвеним вратанцима. Биће вам топло сигурно, радијатори се подешавају путем даљинског термостата и раде на електрични котао. Доступна су и два клима уређаја, а расвета је толико разнолика, да можете да бирате хоћете ли све да светли као на балу или желите пригушено, романтично светло. Веш машину, машину за сушење, као и судомашину нисмо користили, боравили смо кратко, али и то је доступно. Смештај не заслужује оцену нижу од максималне.

Поједини елементи нису тако безбедни. Ограда галерије је краћа за отприлике пола укупне висине у односу на горњу површину кревета који се уз исту налази. Као ману бих истакао стаклени кафени сточић у дневној соби, који има екстремно оштре ћошкове (буквално су као игла оштри), па би било веома непријатно искуство ударити се о исти, а посебно мало дете. Ми то нисмо искусили, али наглашавам да на то треба обратити посебну пажњу. Улазна врата су застакљена, стакло јесте ”млечно” (замућено попут санитарног стакла), али то свакако помало квари приватност (дешавало се да се током ноћи спољашње светло с времена на време укључи само од себе, вероватно је ветар активирао сензор, па смо доживљавали мале моменте изненађења). Све ово, наравно, нема много утицаја на укупан утисак и дефинитивно бисмо се вратили.

Все понравилось: чудесные апартаменты в центре города, лучше чем многие отели 5 звезд. Есть парковка, есть все необходимое и даже больше! приятно удивили стиральная и сушильная машины! Есть утюг, кухня полностью оборудована. Приятная терраса. Очень милая хозяйка, была всегда на связи. Спасибо большое!
