The apartment is new and clean, and is spacious (two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and a bathroom). It's fully equipped, there's everything you might need (kitchenware, towels, bedding, etc.). Also, there is private parking behind the building if you come with the car, and the location is really close to the city center.

The apartment is located in the basement of the building, so you can't open the windows because you're on low street level. But that wouldn't be a problem if the apartment had air conditioning like it says. It was really hot and unbearable to sleep, or even be in the apartment. To sum up it's too expensive for an apartment without air conditioning.
