This property is a water enthusiast's dream! Bring your kiteboards, kayaks, small boats, and fishing gear; the sound access is just steps away. If the beach is more your vibe, it's just a short walk down private streets to the deeded community beach access.
Dive into fun with a massive private pool, kiddie splash zone, and a sandy playground for the little ones. Chill out in the screened Tiki bar, complete with a bubbly hot tub and built-in picnic spot. Serve up some fun with volleyball, horseshoes, and b-ball courts!

New for 2025: We've expanded your outdoor living space with an enlarged pool deck designed to maximize sunshine throughout the day. Inside, enjoy the convenience of a new washer and dryer set. For adventures beyond the property, we've added two kayaks and two beach cruisers – perfect for exploring the sound by water or cruising to nearby shops and restaurants.
Full linens, including sheets (with beds made), bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths provided.
Guests have access to the entire home, pool, and yard.
Guests also have access to the community's private boat ramp and sound dock, just steps away from the house.
The beach is an easy ~10-minute walk from the home with deeded access on Cutlass Ln and Merrimac Ln
Please note that this property has a pool available in season (early April through mid-October) that can be heated for $60 per day of your stay. When pool heat is purchased, pool heaters are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to the host if pool heat is required.
Note: We do offer cancelation terms. Cancellation with stipulations specified in our Vacation Rental Agreement designed to support your needs. Please inquire for details.

Each bedroom has its own bath and porch entry. Weather in am and pm was wonderful, so we could enjoy the porches. Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Played cornhole and witnessed an amazing sunset. Plenty of things for my older boys to do...pool table, bikes, kayaks, hammock. Screened porch was great place to eat lunch. Grilled several meals. Only wished that beach was closer (but not a bad walk). Host was attentive and kind.

It was great the house was beautiful it was located in a beautiful spot it was quite relaxing the pool was nice loved the hot tub the home owner was so nice and helpful i couldn't have asked for anything any better
