This property is a water enthusiast's dream! Bring your kiteboards, kayaks, small boats, and fishing gear; the sound access is just steps away. If the beach is more your vibe, it's just a short walk down private streets to the deeded community beach access.
Dive into fun with a massive private pool, kiddie splash zone, and a sandy playground for the little ones. Chill out in the screened Tiki bar, complete with a bubbly hot tub and built-in picnic spot. Serve up some fun with volleyball, horseshoes, and b-ball courts!
Inside, it's a beach bum's dream! Catch the latest flicks in the media room's home theater, rack 'em up in the game room with a pool table and 5-in-1 game table, or mix up some cocktails at the wet bar. New for 2025: We've expanded your outdoor living space with an enlarged pool deck designed to maximize sunshine throughout the day. Inside, enjoy the convenience of a new washer and dryer set. For adventures beyond the property, we've added two kayaks and two beach cruisers – perfect for exploring the sound by water or cruising to nearby shops and restaurants.
Full linens, including sheets (with beds made), bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths provided.
Guests have access to the entire home, pool, and yard.
Guests also have access to the community's private boat ramp and sound dock, just steps away from the house.
The beach is an easy ~10-minute walk from the home with deeded access on Cutlass Ln and Merrimac Ln
Please note that this property has a pool available in season (early April through mid-October) that can be heated for $60 per day of your stay. When pool heat is purchased, pool heaters are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to the host if pool heat is required.
Note: We do offer cancelation terms. Cancellation with stipulations specified in our Vacation Rental Agreement designed to support your needs. Please inquire for details.

We loved this place. It was perfect for our large group..the elevator, extra fridge and the fact there is a bathroom with every room was perfect. We enjoyed the heated pool due to the cool/rainy weather. The sunset view was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful OBX property for family fun. We enjoyed walking to the sound pier to fish, and would certainly use the kayaks with more time on our next visit. We loved the thoughtfully designed pool and spa area. Perfect for kids and adults to enjoy together. There’s a beach wagon and chairs for the 10 minute walk to a gorgeous stretch of beach. Plenty of parking, a great neighborhood, comfortable beds throughout. We’ve tried a different OBX house for our annual family gathering for the past five years, and this one stands out. We’ll be back!
